Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes perform:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean and Jerk

100lbs - those squat cleans became a bit arduous at 20 minutes. Good c&j practice - this helped my c&j form quite a bit

Glad I can help coach but I only know 3 ten dollar words and you have now seen all 3. I can start making up words though which is what I do when I play 'words with friends' with Sandy.
