20 minutes to establish a Max Clean and Jerk
 
Then
 
Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes perform 1 C&J using 75% of your max. (Full squat, pause, jerk.)

To get ready for the Whole Life challenge, I'll be posting links to Whole Life challenge approved recipes or other tips when I run across them. I have a ton of Paleo info in my brain that I have gathered over the years that I take it for granted....SO if anyone is thinking about putting their toe in the Paleo water but you are intimidated or you have too many questions it feels overwhelming, shoot me a message and I'll answer what I can. If I can't answer, I'll at least send you in the right direction. :) I'm so excited for the challenge to begin!

It was hard to not add a couple of W B, T2B ,or something with that C&J but I held off :)

Every one did a good job with the scale drill that was chosen for them
Big Pr for the soft spoken Sheena she is jumping out of the pack and stomping on the porch

Hate I missed this morning. Really wanted to work on this skill but didnt get through playing ball till after 10 pm. Good thing is we pulled off a 9th inning come back to win the game.

Glad to hear my friend Sheena is setting PRs and becoming a BEAST!

need to clean up my split jerk. Maybe the morning gravity got me a little bit because my clean was fine....

Shane,just man up and admit you were scared of the challenge!!haha
Now that i said that we will probably have an all DU WOD tomorrow

105# power clean
75# for the WOD (no misses)

and, josh, here's the wod for tomorrow...not sure what this means for ya'...i'm thinking it means you better hope your rowing, rope climbs and burpees are hella good! heehee :)

Complete this cycle 2 times for total reps.

2min Row for calories
30 sec Rest
2min Double Unders
30 sec Rest
2min rope climb (each climb = 10pts)
30 sec Rest
2min Burpee
30 sec Rest
2min Box Jump (24/20)
30 sec Rest
