All new Carport CrossFit athletes start with an introductory class called CROSSFIT 101. CF101 consists of two 1-hour training sessions with one of our coaches and is included in your first 4-month membership. CF101 meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm. In CF101 you will learn all the movements you need to know to transition seamlessly into our fast paced group classes. Each session includes a warm-up, intense skill instruction and review.
Once you have completed CrossFit 101, you are welcome to join Group Classes. Carport CrossFit now offers a variety of Monthly Membership Packages designed to fit any budget! We will be happy to discuss all of our Membership Packages during your FREE Intro Session.
