Four 4-minute rounds for max reps.
Round 1 - Run 400M and complete max reps Wall Ball, 20/14
Round 2 - Run 400M and complete max reps Ball Slams, 30/20
Round 3 - Run 400M and complete max reps Push-Ups
Round 4 - Run 400M and complete max reps Sit-ups

Rounds will begin at minutes 0:00, 4:00, 8:00, and 12:00. There is no rest between rounds. Post total reps to comments.

OPEN COMPETITORS - If you would like to re-run 14.2, you may do so during today's workout at the 5:30am or 5:30pm classes. Please arrange for someone to judge your performance. Coaches will be leading the class and will not be available to judge. All scores for 14.1 must be submitted by 7pm tonight.

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes perform:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean and Jerk
