381 (about 1/2 of Shane's score, good job my friend!) - I tried looking for maria during the row but I wasn't feeling it. I think it's less work to just keep her bottled up. I did gain a couple of points on Shane by distracting him for a few seconds though. A good wod.

Is anyone else as sore as I am from yesterday? Almost everyone who has seen me walk has asked me what is wrong with me. Maybe I am just losing my CF bounce back...

Unless a miracle happens, I will not be back in the gym until next week. I still have a touch of the crud & I am heading south tomorrow after work for the holiday weekend. I hope everyone has a very safe & Happy Thanksgiving :-)

Friday, the gym is open at 9 a.m. for open gym. Similarly, the gym is open at 9 a.m. as usual on Saturday for open gym as well. :)
