Road trip anyone!??
Pound for Pound is Saturday May 11th in Montgomery. Drew and I have judged this event for the past two years and would love to have you join us this year! There are 254 athletes competing so lots of judges/volunteers are needed. This is a one-day competition held inside (yes, INSIDE!!) the Cramton Bowl Multiplex. If you have any questions, you are welcome to call or email me. :) Amber

  2. I got fumbuzzled by all the mathleticism at the end of this WOD this morning and left my notebook at the Carport but I think my total was 570 something....low due to those dastardly DUs.
Actually this was not as bad as I anticipated. Great WOD Coaches. Nice change up from weights.

  3. Mathleticism and athleticism on a Monday morning....I loved it...even though I was not following directions (sorry Coach) or reading the board (you want us to do it again????). All made the coffee cash-out just that much better. Can't recall my score...somewhere between thrity-two and eleventeen hundred! Shane...You threw me waaaay off this morning brother. Hope all is well.
