did RX weight and had to drop the weight the last 2 sets at rep 3-think it was mental and physical.

Either way 4:33 at 275#

Messed up a bunch of DUs afterwards and did singles for about 2 minutes straight.

Had one of those long, on call nights... little sleep and needed the break...
I think I'm still a bit sore from Monday's ring dips (MU subs)!
This looks like fun though!

Felt good this morning being back. DL 5 rep PR of 225 for the WOD and it shoed with a time of 6:39. I am getting ready for my "40 days of health" and thanks to Drew for doing a BF measurement for me.

well crap, i just realized that i did not get a pr. i was 2 sec slower than last time. :)
oh well! at least i haven't lost that much fitness!

This was my 2d WOD at the Carport. Tonight was quite an improvement -- added 70# and shaved 30some seconds off my time! Yay progress!

This was a "classic" Crossfit WOD. Loved it.

First time RX. 20# increase over last time.
