Ya'll should all sign up for the March of Dimes Throwdown on 25 Feb in Tuscaloosa. It's part of the Garage Games and the first workout will be the first workout of the Open, you have to do it anyway, so do it there.

3:33 modified burpees

This is a workout I used to NEVER want to do. 50 burpees was totally overwhelming. Doing 10 in a row was an absolute feat, as was deadlifting 185#. I remember doing this WOD once - yes, only once b/c it was so horrible - on the Carport. I had to do the DL one at a time and I missed several of them. It was so hard that I just hoped to finish the WOD.
Boy what 4 years of CrossFitting can do!! Woohoo! This is cake now! I did it completely unbroken and only modified the burpees to spare my shoulder. I am amazed at how easy this is now. I am naming this one "Cake" :) Enjoy!!
