I did pack 75 Hand release pushups with 30 singles at every minute.
6 minutes even for me.

Shane and Sandy were knocking them down this morning!! Great job everyone. I did 75 HRPU's and 30 singles every minute and hit right at 7 minutes. Handstand push-ups is another goal of mine to hit before the end of my 40 days of healt!! We missed you Bill.

i took my sweet time getting up from doing push ups every minute. i made up for slacking by doing about 10 minutes of DU work after the WOD. :)

Thanks for the encouragement, Eddie, but I didn't really knock those HSPU's out - I took the easy road of 2 ab mats under my head and did Pack - 35 HSPU's and 30 singles. My time was 5:36, but I did work on DU's after that - 4 or 5 is still about the most I get in a row, and usually it is 1 or 2. One day!

Tomorrow's WOD

Teams of 2 complete for time:
100 WB (20/14) - hold @ top of pullup
50 Ball Slams (30/20) - hold KB @ top of SDHP (1.5/1)
500 DU - sit in bottom of the squat

Ten % rep limit on all exercises. Mathletes, this means you can do a maximum of 10% of the total required reps for each exercise. Rep limit for each exercise - 10 WB, 5 BS, 50 DU.

Scales: If you cannot hold yourself at the top of the pullup, you may hold the top of the ring row. Each teammate must attempt at least 1 DU on their turn. DU attempts count toward your score. If neither teammate can do DU, then they must complete 500 DU attempts
