3 x 3 minute AMRAP of:
20 Kettlebell Swings, 2pd/1.5pd
10 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls, 2pd/1.5pd
5 Burpees

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Pack 1.5 pood - 154 reps (1 rep less than 1 year ago) can you believe that...2 more reps and I would have won the prize.

Hey Carporters! As some of you know, I got married in June and moved to Vestavia. Because of the move, I will be going to a different cf box that is closer to our new house. I just wanted to update everyone on why you won't be seeing me as much anymore :( I have learned so much from each and every one of y'all, and I am really sad to leave. I'll come back and drop in with y'all occasionally-- mainly so Coach Drew can drill me on some DUs. Thank y'all for a great year and teaching me so much about crossfit!
