Max Front Squat

15 minutes to establish a 1-Rep Max Front Squat
 
-then-
 
10 minute AMRAP. Using 50% of your 3-rep max FS from 10/16/13, climb the following "ladder" as high as you can!
1 Box Jump, 24/20
2 FS
3 Box Jump, 24/20
4 FS
5 Box Jump, 24/20
6 FS
7 Box Jump, 24/20
8 FS... etc.
 
Post load and total reps to comments. Compare to 10/22/12.

This morning was a little tougher for me.

325# max, failed at 335#. 15 completed rounds with 155#s

Congrats to Ms. Nicole for busting out triple digits on FS!

Wow. My legs did NOT want to fire after those front squats. Definitely a tough wod on the ole quads!! Tough one, but a fun one! Two favorite movements all in one wod! :)
