Holy traps! Power cleans wear you out! Missing Sandy and Bill but did RX weight and 210 ball slams....have a great weekend! Good to have Eddie back today..

Seriously now....has nobody else had incredible tricep post Monday WOD pain? It wasn't until this morning that I could even touch an ear with the same side hand. I didn't have this problem with the same WOD a year ago. Maybe it goes along with a superannuated stage of life....or it could just be wussiness.

Bill, i think if you would have come Wed morning, you would have found that the PAWS (post acute wod soreness) might have gotten worked out a touch after completing 75 pullups and 75 pushups. I admit that it was quite a struggle, but i managed to suffer through. This helped my PAWS tremendously.
