Max Deadlift

15 minutes to establish a 1-rep max Deadlift
 
-then-
 
10 minute AMRAP. Using 50% of your 3-rep max DL from 10/14/13, climb the following "ladder" as high as you can!
1 Toes-to-Bar
2 Deadlift
3 Toes-to-Bar
4 Deadlift
5 Toes-to-Bar
6 Deadlift
7 Toes-to-Bar
8 Deadlift ... etc.

max DL today was 255lbs -
115lbs for WOD - 16 rounds + 1 = 137reps

405# max then 154 reps with 185#

So I woke up this morning in Boston and for some reason all I could think to do was say... help....I am awake but I can't move my arms! What a smoker that was yesterday. No WOD today but a PR of sampling 12 different Vanillas, 10 Pralines and Cream, 12 Mint Chip, 1 Bananas and Strawberry, 11 Jamoca Almond Fudge, 1 nasty Fig flavor and one that should have been called the kitchen sink….I still don’t know what was in it. There is such a thing as too much ice cream. Going to the 5:30 AM class at Quincy CF tomorrow…if I can lift my arms.
