May have something to do w/ the box of donut holes (yes, I said box) I just shared w/ my son. :) first donut in eons and ooooohhhhh my were they good!
I am HOPING to be back in the gym tomorrow night. Monday's WOD has my shoulder tweaked again, plus I has the displeasure of having a root canal today - GOOD TIMES!! Cori you're a rockstar sista!!

HERO WOD idea: at the end of Froning 500, rest 2 minutes then do everything in reverse = Froning 1000.
Just curious....was Froning 500 the first roll yesterday or the re-roll?
