100 lbs max x 5. Hope the 2nd a.m. class rolled a good one for tomorrow...(meaning I hope they rolled one I don't want to do in order to get it out of the bingo hopper) ;o)

Did 155 the last 3 sets. Only did 4 on the 4 th set but redeemed with 5 more on the 5th set.

Pitiful pistols for tabata, then 1 mile run and tabata DUs with 2nd group-153 total

Excited about press cause January one rep max was 165#
