Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3, heaviest possible with perfect form.

-Then -

Two 3-minute AMRAPs of:
5 OHS
10 Toes to bars
Rest 1minute between AMRAPs.

Post max loads and rounds and reps to comments. Compare to 3/21/12 and 6/1/12 .

95lbs max OHS today = 65 lbs for WOD
1st 3 min = 3 rounds
2nd 3 min = 2 rounds + 6
Estobar started his departure big time during 2nd round.

My OHS is super weak. My max was #35 and I did #25 in the WOD. Sit ups instead of t2b.

Overhead anything for me is weak, but improving...

35# for WOD 2+8/2+3

Just felt better about my OHS. Last time that was in a WOD, I used a PVC

My first workout with Dave! 95# max and I should have tried more. Toes to bars were more like swinging feet from monkey bars. 1st round @ 65# was 2 + 5 and 2nd round was 2 + 3.

Sorry Bill!! I plan to be back on schedule tomorrow. I battled a stomach bug and lost :( I was still feeling pretty yucky yesterday.

Cyn - 105# max. 65# during WOD, 3+2 then DNF 2nd round on OHS because something wasn't quite right with my knee.
