167 reps - didn't even get close to burpees - Shane on the other hand was killing this one-excellent WOD Shane. You were done with sit ups about the time I got back into the building.

Great WOD to start the week with..thanks Cori.

Thanks to the coaches for setting this up today. 171 reps. I weighed this morning but still need to get the other measurements. For our mathathletes I have downed 33.8 ounces of H2O with 53.1 left to go (along with eleventeen bathroom breaks). What do I weigh? :)

Honestly folks, were we working that hard to get through all the pushups Just so we could "get" to the burpees? I think everyone gamed it so that didn't happen! LOL

I ran this at home - 162 reps. Pretty pleased considering I've done 1 other workout in 2 weeks and I was running it alone. On a full stomach (I do not recommend this part at all!)

Awesome Anna!

Hey everyone, there is a freshfully groupon today! two options...either $5 for a$10 coupon or $10 for a$20 coupon. Freshfully is in avondale, and they sell organic and local produce and grass fed beef. Go to groupon.com to see the deal. Or if you want me to forward the Groupon to you, shoot me an email at coriwatts@gmail.com

The Groupon is great...especially if you are doing the wlc!

oooh, I don't want to do this again after running it on Saturday!!! My arms are still not functioning after Friday's team WOD and the prelim on Saturday!

Well this was a tough WOD! I think it is crazy that I was praying to finish the push ups only to go into burpess?!?!

I think that may be the ultimate definition of SICK and TWISTED!

Had fun getting to my 3 burpees-loved the 800 meter run.

Ok Eddie...
How can we know what you weigh now, if we don't know the starting weight? Why the surge in water consumption? Avoiding kidney stones?

I am taking suggestions for a women's team name, for RUMPSHAKER 5K coming up end of March!!!

We can have fun with this... Don't hold back...

We have a team, Trottin for Tessie, in honor of my Mother n Law who lost her battle with colon cancer this past August. She walked the 5k in 2011, just 3 weeks after she had a baseball sized mass removed from her colon. She walked it again last year, 2012, while undergoing chemotherapy. So, I say all of this to encourage everyone to run or walk the Rumpshaker this year!!
