new workout with judy it was great. it will be on the dock for the weeks to come.

It was just me and Drew, so he concocted this workout with bits from each of the past 4 games workouts:
AMRAP 20 minutes
50 burpees
40 snatches
30 push press
20 wallballs
10 double unders

I used a 35 lb bar and a 14 lb wallball, and was 7 du's shy of one round.
