i wasnt able to run this today since macie was with me and my only chance at the gym was at 8a today. so i worked on max snatch 75-85-95-105-115M-115M-1105x5 squat snatch with 75# butterfly pullup and 20# wallball skunk work. shoulders are smoked!
RX 10:06 and now i have forearms of fire and a dead fish handshake.
