Combat Fitness posted a challenge on their Facebook page. It reads:

OP of the Day 11May11; "Strength". (Hell yeah that say a 1RM Curtis P!! Find me another gym willing to try that!)

We are (or atleast I am) willing to try that! haha!
"1RM Curtis P" is Hang Clean-Lunge-Lunge-Push Press. I will get details from Sean tomorrow so that we can be sure we are doing it the same way they do it.

Last time I did this in Feb my time was 13:17 and I used the purple band for pullups! Yay! Improvement!!
