well, i'm not sure who you are, mr/ms lonely. but i've been blogging my butt off for the past week with weak responses. :) plus i didn't wod this morning...i'm going to do it at 5:30p class.

My 1st blog ever. 5rd apprx 26 min. Green band dips and jumping pull ups. Still hoping to do an unassisted pull up and dip this year. Maybe if I'd get to crossfit on time, I could do both!

i use this blog for time record, crossfit musings, and other fun stuff. maybe i should not blog for a week...take a break. my blogging muscles need a rest.

Cori showed me how effective seated muscle up progressions are. Wow! I couldnt do the purple band MU in the wod like she did. I got 1 then missed the next 4 attempts. I adjusted the rings and did 15 seated MU each round instead. AFTER the wod she had me try the purple band MU again - and I did it! Probably my best one ever. Thanks, Cori!!
