At what weight does RX start and at what increments does it increase? Or is it up to the athlete where to start and how much to increase(since we have 15 minute time limit)? Since we have time limit, do misses knock you out? Lawyers have to know these things so we can lodge formal protests!!

david, this is 1 squat clean a minute on the minute for 15 minutes. your max lift is your "score." tie breakers will be determined by total loads. here is what i did this morning:

135-145-155-160m-160m-
160PR!-155m-145-145-145-
150-150-150m-150-150

so my "score" is 160. if someone else also gets 160, the tie breaker would be determined by total loads made. my tie-breaker score is 1630. we want you guys to go for a max effort, but we don't want any gaming. i could've gotten a better tie breaker score had i only done 145 for 15 min but this isn't necessarily a gaming wod. it's more of a max effort....but you must lift on the minute every minute for 15 min. we've done this before...look at the past blog posts to see what numbers people put up. hope this makes sense.
