Sled Drive - 50 points
Drive the sled down and back for time. Each athlete will have 2 attempts. Fastest sled drive is recorded as your score.

If you do not regularly do GHD sit ups under NO circumstances should you do GHD work in the WOD, it could put you in jeopardy of Rhabdo.
We revised the BrandX scaling options this morning to better suit the Carport Games. If you were in the a.m. class you chose from Pack A, Pack B, Pup A, and Pup B. Those names have also been revised! (PR for your coaches on # of revisions before 6am! haha)
So, sweet and patient morning crew, here are the revised names..

Cynthia- porch- 7:27 and 21s on sled push. A little close on the turn around and now awaiting an ER doc to stitch up my knee. BOO! Thanks to everyone for the help and encouragement out there! It doesn't hurt and hasn't opened back up thanks to Ambers mad first aid skills:) Special thanks to Cori for the AB mat and holding my hand. #imsuchababy
