Modified HSPU = kick up into a handstand against the wall or door, come down and do a regular pushup.

5#-12# medball, modified HSPU
Is depth on a HSPU that your head touch the ground?
Yes, RX HSPU is full range of motion. Hands and head must be at the same level at the bottom of the HSPU. Kipping is allowed.
If you cannot do full range of motion, you must do the modified scale.

I'll be the One-Foot-Wonder today Bill. :) my left foot is bugging me so I am not running or jumping for a couple of weeks. I CAN jump with my right foot though! I'll see how far I can get. I hope to jump half of my max since I'm jumping with half of my feet.
My first attempt to blog!! Sure did miss this morning but had to have the family at the airport at 6:00. Wish I could make one of tonight's classes as I have yet to get my handstand much less a HSPU (Cori...Notice I wrote YET!). See you all in the morning (catch you Thursday Bill!).
