DU, WB, BS

 
3 x 2 min AMRAP for reps.
Buy in each 2 min round with 50 Double Unders then complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 20WallBall (20/14) and 20 ball slams (30/20).
Rest 1 min between rounds.

To clarify, at the start of each 2min, do 50 Double Unders then as many rounds and reps as possible of WB and BS.

50 burpees for time.
Then 7 min AMRAP of
10 OHS (95/65)
15 ball slams (30/20)

You will have 7 minutes to complete your burpees. The faster you finish, the longer you have to rest before the AMRAP begins. Score is time in seconds minus total reps. Lowest score wins.

Every 30 seconds:

Perform 1 Power Clean and 5 Ball Slams every 30 seconds for 8 minutes.

*Complete Power Cleans at 70-75% of 1 RM
*Ball Slam use 20-30 lbs
*For every rep not completed perform 1 ring dip.
