“Pull-up Biathlon”

For time:
400M Run
18 Pull-ups
400M Run
15 Pull-ups
400M Run
12 Pull-ups

*Each time an athlete breaks up a set of pull-ups they must run 200M.

This was one of the 2014 CrossFit Games workouts except Games athletes were required to do Muscle Ups! CLICK HERE to watch archived footage of the event. Cody Anderson (Heat 1) was the only athlete at the Games that year to complete the MU Biathlon unbroken. He ran 400M, completed 18MU in a row, ran 400M, completed another 15MU, ran 400M, and did 12 more MU. Zero penalty laps for Anderson! Can you do the same on todays workout? If you do, that is quite a feat! Challenge yourself but stay safe.
