SDHP, burpees

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell

This was tougher than I had imagined:

5 Rounds @75# (pack) plus 10 additional SDHPs, 1 burpee for the road, and followed by 69 Tabata sit-ups.

5 rounds at pup (35#kb), 46 tabata sit-ups alternate with superman, then bench press @ 85#, 5 EMOM for 8 rounds, 3 EMOM for 2 rounds.
