Front Squat x 3

15 minutes to establish a 3-Rep Max Front Squat

-then-

10 minute AMRAP. Using 50% of your 3-rep max FS, climb the following "ladder" as high as you can!
1 FS
2 Box Jump, 24/20
3 FS
4 Box Jump
5 FS
6 Box Jump
7 FS
8 box jump...etc.
Post load and total reps to comments. Compare to 10/16/13 and 12/4/14.

OPEN COMPETITORS - All scores for 15.2 must be submitted by 7pm tonight.

Maxed out today at 3 rep FS max of 140 lbs ..I just wasn't feelin' it today.

126 reps on WOD with 75lbs
