Max Snatch

15 minutes to establish Max Snatch. (Compare to 10/21/13.)

Open WOD 12.1
As many Burpees as possible in 7 minutes. Jump to touch a pull-up bar or rings approximately 6" above your reach. [DEMO VIDEO]

85 lbs snatch + 91 burpees = 176
94 burpees was my 2012 open number so I'm happy with 91 this morning. Now on the snatch….not much to say about that.

Well I did a WOD in Florence again that was not fun. 20 GHDs and 3 15ft rope climbs.

Mid way had to switch to a modified version on the climbs because of rope burn.

only 4 rds in a 15 minute AMRAP-pretty pitiful!

would have much rather been with you guys then up in Florence Brother Bill, and as far as Eddie and Nichole, they were not in Florence so I am not sure....
