EMOM for 10 minutes complete for perfect form (Use no more than 80% of your 1-rep max)
2 Squat Cleans, touch and go

 Then

5 rounds of
1min ME Row for calories
30 sec rest
1min ME Hang Squat Clean, load of your choice
30 sec rest

Did 135 reps @ 35# = 4725 total score. (It is hard to get an impressive score at lower weights!) Oh well, it is what it is! But all the same I like this workout.
