Push Press x 3

EVENING CLASSES CLOSED due to hazardous road conditions. Everyone stay safe this evening!

15 min to establish Push Press x 3

 -then-

10 min Push Press/Burpee ladder using 50% of your 3-rep max
Minute 1: perform 1 Burpee and as many Shoulder-to-overhead as possible
Minute 2: perform 2 Burpees and as many Shoulder-to-overhead as possible
Minute 3: perform 3 Burpees and as many Shoulder-to-overhead as possible...
Continue for 10 minutes. Score is reps Push Press.

Post max load and reps to comments. Compare to 8/7/13 and 9/23/13.

Missed you this morning Shane - we just beat the snow.
110lbs on my 3 rep max push press. I believe that's a 5 lb pr. 81 reps for the wod.
