Box Jump Ladder

With a continuously running clock do one box jump the first minute, two box jumps the second minute, three box jumps the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Score is height of the box multiplied by the number of minutes completed. Post score to comments.

Compare to 4/4/2011, 11/2/11, 9/18/12, and 4/5/13.

I really wanted to come tonight, however as the day has worn on my body has worn down on me. Gonna try and nip this scratchy throat in the rump!

Brian was jumping on 41" box! He was flying and landing so lightly, but we were worried about his shins! Amazing and frightening all at the same time!!!!
