Worked up to 105 lbs on dips with Josh then scored a 91 on the WOD. Got 8 MUs in the 1st minute! Also good advice from Amber on TTB.
tomorrow's wod:
20 minutes to establish a Max Clean and Jerk
Then
Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes perform 1 C&J. (Full squat, stop, jerk.)
