O61 - "Hamilton"


Ten rounds for time of:
225 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
10 dips

CrossFit BINGO - Begins TODAY!!

Each year, we roll into summer with a month-long Bingo game. Here's how it works :)
  • THE HOPPER: Each ball in the hopper corresponds to a workout.  When a ball is rolled out, it tells us the workout for the next day.
  • ROLLING: Whoever wins the workout gets the honor of rolling the Bingo wheel to choose the next day's WOD.
  • RE-ROLLING: Winner has the option of re-rolling. If they do not like the 1st workout that comes out of the hopper, they can roll again. Whatever is rolled that time is the WOD. No take backs. (So here is an example.... Puma wins the WOD. He rolls I21-Murph, doesn't want that b/c we just did it, re-rolls and gets B7-Fran. The next day's WOD is Fran.)
  • HOW TO WIN: Earn letters by doing the workouts. Do the daily WOD to earn the letter that corresponds to it. When you have all the letters, B-I-N-G-O, you win a Carport CrossFit t-shirt!!

Big Dawgs: 225 / 185, ring dips
Porch: 205 / 155, ring dips
Pack: 185 / 135, band assisted dips okay
Pups: 135 / 95, band assisted dips or box dips

DL: Your back position is more important than your pack position. What is the heaviest weight listed that you can move well?

Dips: Do the most advanced dip you can do with proper form and range of motion. Rings, Box, with or without bands - get full r.o.m.

Advice:
Wear pants or tall socks for the dead lifts and long sleeves for the dips. My arms are rubbed raw.
Time was so slow at 24:50 but i had fun working out with Macie bug. She was a great counter!

Once again - wow. I did 185# and purple band ring dips. Did all DL's unbroken except one set. The ring dips were mostly a nightmare, but I certainly got to work on some ring dips:) 30:40.

8 rds + 3 in 30 minutes. DL's no problem;ring dips killed me.
