85-105-115-120-125m-125m-105 I am pleased with my push presses. Last sumner when Cori and I were training a ton, I was able to do 125. I am glad to do 120 today considering how little overhead training I have done.
new leaderboard WOD!! "Air Force" 20 thrusters 20 sdhp 20 push press 20 OHS 20 FS (95/65) BUT 5 burpees EMOM starting at minute 0! We will do this "team" WOD like last Friday. Team score will be average class time in seconds. Top 5 individual RX scores will go on the leaderboard!
More than 80 box jumps is quite impressive and over 100!!! . . . well, that's not even human. Well done Carporters.
Would be interesting to do this WOD preceeded by a "weigh-in" then calculate % of bodyweight. Not to embarrass him, but Brian's 3 RM is MORE than 100% of his bodyweight (Drew's is too, but then again, he's Drew)
Actually, Stacey, I think we'd have a lot of the women at our gym who would do VERY WELL on a %/bodyweight basis in a lot of the WOD's. But, that's a sensitive subject I chose to stay away from (unless they wanted to volunteer the info)!!

got up to 185#, missed doing 205#, which is my one rep max.
83 box jumps-tried to keep up with Mr. Bill, not an easy task!

Puma, I always want to do % of body weight... I'm getting close to my body weight on lots of skills! woo hoo!
Come to think of it, I'd like to do % by height on box jumps too! ;)
