WOD'ed all by myself. It was tough to keep moving...fast!
Finished in under 10 which was good. Pull-ups with black and purple band. Some C2B, some regular pull-ups. 1pood. DU were all over the place.

NEW PR: 28 consecutive DU's. Up from 19 last Saturday. I think I'm gonna figure this thing out. Then, it's on to MU's.

88 total in 3 mins.

Not as great as I had hoped on the WOD (14:00 min) but I did do it RX and I did finish.

Aw, thanks Amber! But he ran it in the morning...I'm sure he would've done better in the pm. Either way, I'll take it as win #2 in 2013 against drew. Since my training partner got pregnant, i have to set my sights on someone else. :)
