SCALED WOD:
For every 10 pounds you lower the ground to shoulder weight, add 1 minute to your time.

ie. 135# = 2min added to total time

dang if those ghd's still aren't whooping my butt! i didn't realize how much core you used to do burpees! think i could run this a tinsy bit faster (like 15 sec maybe) with unsore abdominals. :)

in other news....the nutrition challenge is over! i haven't heard much from anyone about it....so i'm wondering how ya'll did. if you took photos before the challenge, be sure to get your photos and measurements done this week. those that contributed $20 to the kitty...we will announce the winner next week.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY COACH CORI!!!! Dude, you're a rockstar for doing this WOD today, as my hamstrings are barely allowing for movement, lol. I am out for tonight and tomorrow, as I have a post race massage. Have to be careful since I am in the Triple Crown for the Birmingham Track Club (3 1/2's in 3 months).
