For every 10 pounds you lower the ground to shoulder weight, add 1 minute to your time.ie. 135# = 2min added to total time

Is ground to shoulder done with sandbags?
ground to shoulder simply means get the bar from the ground position to the front rack position. you can do that any way you see fit. so you can deadlift it, then hang power clean it. or you can power clean it straight from the ground. or if you need to squat clean it b/c it's so heavy, then that's ok too.

4:16rxI got better at the cleans each round. They were surprisingly heavy 1st round! 2nd round I got into a good rhthym and was able to put some together. 3rd round unbroken. Yay!
