i'm soooooo proud of myself for doing this wod! last night, when i was going to bed, i told myself i was going to skip it b/c i knew i was going to get beat really bad since running is not my strong suit. but, we need to work on our weaknesses and embrace them...right? :) my first 400 was 1:30! i've never, ever, ever done that at carport! yay! and i stayed fairly consistent, so i'm proud of my time no matter what!
Excellent job Cori! In line with your statement about embracing our weaknesses...I share this "We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face... we must do that which we think we cannot." Eleanor Roosevelt
I did 19:16 I stayed fairly consistent around 2:10 +/- 1 or 2

Great job Cori! Finished this one up in 23:05 but did not write down my splits. But I know it was fairly consistent splits and I was pleased because I still am INCREDIBLY sore from Tuesday.
Cynthia: 20:47, splits of 2:12, 2:12, 2:24, 2:25, 2:21 Ran the first and last 400m. Rowed the rest. I can finally objectively say that rowing is harder! I hope to be able to keep running.
Jonathan: 18:36, splits between 2:01 and 2:10. Nice job Jonathan!
