ugh...i felt like i was moving through molasses; HOWEVER after looking back at last year's times, i beat drew's 2011 time! yay! i just kept thinking "amber's gonna beat me so bad...." and "brooke's gonna kick my butt i gotta move faster" but, for real, i just couldn't move faster. for the first time ever in my life, wallballs were "easy." box jumps were a nightmare. dang if they never get easier for me! kbs were good. regardless if i get beat, i'm very happy with my performance in that i made every rep count...wallballs were bootie to ankels at the bottom of the squat, and box jumps were standing tall on the box showing control every rep. i might've been able to move faster between sets. one day, i'd love to see sub 25 on this wod.
Box jumps were easiest today....I could almost find the ducks on the pond during those.
I am still 100% whupped after that wod-even at pack numbers.
Anna P and Eddie knocked this one out of the ballpark.

Cynthia - pack - 18:47. Thanks for the encouragement Brooke and your awesome time! Good work 5:30 crew and especially the Rx boys.
It was even less "fun" than I expected it to be. Glad it is over.

Oh, breathing didnt feel any easier than it did last year. lol! 14# WB were less difficult, I underestimated box jumps, KBS were easy. I am SUPER pleased with my time. My goal was to be sub 30 until I saw Cori's time. Geez! I really didnt think I could come close. Thank you, Drew and Brooke, for encouraging me to keep going on those last rounds. And Cori for running such a fast rabbit. You have some serious self motivation!
Yeah - our coaches are just better. You guys rock! - Cynthia
