21:57 95# and DU attempts - although I did get 1 actual DU for the first time ever. Super sluggish overall today.

I was going for sub 2 and had 20 sec to make my last ten shots. I could have had it if I would have held onto the ball. But I didn't THINK I could do it so I set it down at 45. (it's amazing how overwhelming 5reps can be!). Totally talked myself out of that one but it was still a 18sec PR.
