As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Muscle ups
6 Toes-to-bar
12 Jumping lunges

Post rounds and reps to comments.

Compare to 10/20/11.

If you cannot do chest-to-bar pullups or ring dips, then scale 3:1 pullups/dips.
(9 pullups, 9 dips each round)

If you can do C2B pullups and Ring Dips but no Muscle Ups, scale 3:1 muscle up progressions.
(9 muscle up progressions each round)

Toes-to-bar:
Subs include toes-through-rings, toes-as-high-as-you-can-get-them, hanging knee raises.
If you can to toes-through-rings, it's time to move to the bar! Your coach may suggest doing fewer reps per round so you can stay moving.

i'm hoping i can run this wod with the 6:30p class tonight? would love for the rain to hold off and be able set up some rings on the new structure drew built. what do you think drew? this will be my first official muscle up wod if i am able to run it with ya'll. :) excited!!!

1 MU on the pullup station in the back yard. My first outside the gym! That was the ONLY one I could get so I did the wod with MUPs. T2B were super easy, very fluid.

Sub jumping pullups and negative ring dips, I got 5 rounds, shoulder started being tweaky so I finished last 3 minutes doing sets of 12 jumping lunges, did 4 sets.
