supine ring rows - really hard and lots of breaks. was trying to stay on 5's, but those quickly turned into 3's...and then 2's at the end. i tried to keep a consistent work/rest pattern of 5 ring rows/5 sec rest or 3/3, etc.

box jumps - i have never done a wod where i looked forward to box jumps, but this one i did! i did all bounding! yippee! and my last 50 was under 2.5 minutes so i could get sub 25! yippee squared!

predictions?
stars: sub 15-17?
moon: sub 23-25?
not sure how accurate this one is...drew...opinion?
