hi everyone! we will be going to crossfit birmingham (on 280) on saturday, 9/17 to participate in fightgonebad6! it's a fundraiser for the wounded warrior project. this is the 6th year for this global crossfit event.

the wod starts at 9am. there will be wave starts, as cfbham has invited all cf boxes in the area. we should be done by 11am.

if you have never gone to a competition, it is so much fun! test your capacity against others in the area! the only cost to participate is a donation to fgb6. go to to donate individually, or i'm sure you can give money to cfbham that saturday.

there is a sign-up sheet on the board. please put your name on the list by monday if you're going to attend. i need to register our athletes so that cfbham can prepare accordingly.

please come out on that saturday! if not to participate, at least you can come cheer carport on!

I won't be making it today, I am going to the Wild and Scenic Film Festival. But it's for the best as I hobbled around last night. I guess it's sprinting aftermath. Drew got me to do some stretches that have really helped. I will be back Friday night.
