I have been off so long that 800m intervals sounded fun this morning. Since that is a big goat for me, I named the hill at our house BillyGOAT Hill.

amber, you have been off for a while if that sounded fun to you! look at it this way: at least your butt will look REALLY good for swimsuit season after this shoulder rehab! :)

the morning class did great! i personally think their success is directly related to the music selection.

had to sub ring rows for pull ups and sit ups for squats (of which now my abs are NOT happy about!!!!)
