Looks like a good one. On another note, anyone ever been to a crossfit mobility course? Pretty expensive at $299 but I've heard they are pretty great. There is a one day class in Montgomery on May 20

bo - sounds great! is kelly starrett (i think that's how you spell it) gonna lead the course? is it a cert or just a course, do you know? do you have a link? sounds like some professional development for us! any info would be great. send via email if easier. thanks!

Yeah. It looks like Kelly does all the the programs. Pretty sure its just a seminar and not a cert.

This picture is one of my favorites! Nate flew in last week and got to see his dad at work. For those of you who dont know, Bill works at the airport and his son, Nate, is an Air Force pilot.
