yay! i'm so glad i did this wod....i was dreading it and doubting myself. thanks to dave for coaching 7:30p class so i could run it with them, and thanks to macie bug for being such a good baby for two classes in a row!

Use a weight that will be challenging you on your weakest movement in the sequence. Hint, there are 10 deep squats per round.
