This is my first pressing wod since i hurt my shouler so i stayed light. I did some mobility before I left the gym and will do some more tonight.

yay! i'm so glad i did this wod....i was dreading it and doubting myself. thanks to dave for coaching 7:30p class so i could run it with them, and thanks to macie bug for being such a good baby for two classes in a row!
