Ed-did you leave with an extra pair of pants? When Alex was leaving he said "I can't find my pants." Cori said "I think Ed has them. He walked out with them by mistake." So now Ed has Alex's pants at his house. I can't get comfortable with that situation. That's just weird.

wow! kelly, i think russ really, really doesn't like you now! he had to say it twice! :)
i did the "dirty 30" instead of the filthy 52. subs: step ups instead of box jumps, 10# wallball, knee raises instead of k2e, and jumping pullups (again) for double unders. i added 5 more burpees to make sure i did all of my burpees for the day. everything else was rxd. my time was 25 minutes or something....i was busy pushing dave who let the cf demons in his head. i saw a look of defeat on his face about the time he got to the back extensions, so i stopped wodding to get him back on track. crossfit demons are BAD. i actually had to make him say "i can do it." but it is hard to push yourself when wodding alone. :)
