whenever i see "7 rounds" i know it's a doozy! good job to ed and mitch for knocking it out this morning!
don't forget burpee challenge day 20!!!!!!! dave's going for unbroken every day! let's see how long he can keep it up! also, i vow to stay in this challenge til the end! er...well, til macie decides to come, which could possibly be til the end!

I gathered 7 sea shells to use counting down my rounds. Every time I finished a round, I tossed one into the yard. That was my favorite of the wod! That and HSPU. I am glad to be able to do those.

23:00. Did 95lb deadlifts but for a good reason. I'm racing Thursday morning and didn't want a sore lower back and hamstrings.
Did HSPU for 2 rounds and then to the box. All chest to bar pull ups. Those were rough.
