was going to do a lighter cf total, but started with 135# back squat and immediately dropped the weight in the rack. i need a two week squat break to see if i can get rid of this pelvic pain....so no more squats for two weeks.
instead i did the cf101 wod with the group. modifications: row instead of run. i was last in the group with sub 8 minutes but can't remember the time. this 101 class is FAST!!!!

Looking forward to this one. Only problem with it is a lack of bumper plates or a lifting pad/area. I'll just miss softly.
